Employee not found or Inactive in Xero
This message is given when an employee with the given First / Last Name cannot be found in Xero.
As it isn't possible to find the employee, it isn't possible to upload timesheets and the records will be ignored.
Please check your employee setup in Xero and that the name matches the value in your file.
Multiple Active Employees with this First/Last Name in Xero
This message is given when there are two or more employees defined in Xero with the same First and Last Names.
While Xero allows this as valid setup, it makes it impossible for UpSheets to know which employee to use and so it is not possible to upload such records.
The solution is to inactivate the extra employees or update their names.
