Can I upload draft timesheets or approve them after upload?

Yes. You can upload as draft (the default) or as approved, and you can approve all timesheets after upload.

Choose status when importing

The default option for uploading timesheets to Xero is Draft. To upload with status Approved, select the appropriate radio button when importing your file to UpSheets.

Approve all after upload

You can also select the Approve All button after uploading your file to Xero; UpSheets will approve all eligible timesheets for you.

Recommendation

Timesheets approved by mistake can only be reverted manually in Xero. We recommend loading as draft and approving only after you are happy with the data.
