Using Start Time and End Time Instead of Hours

Most file formats require an Hours column to upload data. You can instead provide Start Time and End Time columns and have UpSheets calculate the hours automatically.

Enabling start and end times

On the Import screen when importing your file, select the Enable Start/End Times option.

On the next screen, select columns for Start Time and End Time. You can also select a column for Hours*; that value is used only when Start Time and End Time are not set.

If all three fields are provided, Start Time and End Time are used instead of Hours.
